    Within the navigation bar along the top portion of this website, the Residents portion offers choices via drop down with the first option as Pay My Bill.
     
    In order to utilize this service, you will need to log in to the Managing Agent's website. Please bear in mind the Managing Agent's website is separate from the Association’s website. You will have two separate user profiles.
  • chevron_rightI'm refinancing/selling my home. Where can I find the information I need?
    The information you need may vary by circumstance and institution. To obtain a questionnaire or status letter, please visit Turner Property Services Group website and under the "Useful Links" tab select HomeWise Docs. Please create an account if you don't already have one and submit your request for the needed documents.
     
    Other commonly requested documents, Annual Budget or Governing Documents, can be found on this website.
  • chevron_rightIt's late, but I have an emergency! How can I get a hold of someone?
    Should this be an emergency where you or others are injured or in danger, such as a fire, please call 911.
     
    In the event you are in need of immediate assistance outside normal business hours, simply call our telephone number, 513-417-8050 or 937-461-7474, and press option 0. This phone line is answered 24 hours per day, including weekends and holidays.
     
    In the event of an emergency, we will immediately dispatch the on-call Supervisor, and depending upon the emergency, contact additional Maintenance Supervisors and team members to respond to your emergency, including the Maintenance Division Vice President.
     
    When reporting a service request please provide the following information:
    1. The Community you live at
    2. Name, Unit Address, and Contact phone number
    3. Your Service Request.
    This should only be used in these extreme cases since you could be charged an after-hours service and trip charge if it is not an association responsibility. All other calls should be directed to Monday – Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. where you can leave a message for the Client Services staff.
  • chevron_rightWhat is an HOA?
    A corporation filed with the state under a not-for-profit status formed for the purpose of administering Association business and the operation of all commonly held property. Each Homeowner in the Association has a percentage of ownership in all Common Areas. Each Homeowner will automatically become a voting member of the Association on the date of transfer of ownership recorded in the County Clerk’s office.
